Don’t let your mind be destroyed.
There are two ways not to demolish your spirit.
One is a static way, and The other is a dynamic way.
The static way is meditation.
The dynamic way is exercise.
I like the latter than the former.
Run until your body is wet entirely.
Run until you have no breath left.
If you do,
There’s no time to demolish your mind.
